2. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers, each billed monthly:

3. Payment Terms

• AI analysis may occasionally produce errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected results
• The AI's assessment criteria approximates but does not replicate official IELTS marking standards
• Freya AI chat responses are generated by AI and should not be considered as advice from human IELTS experts

6. No Score Guarantees or Official Certification

Your results depend on your individual effort, study habits, and existing English proficiency. To take an official IELTS test, you must register separately through authorized IELTS test centers.

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Not share your account access with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content from our platform
• Not use automated tools or bots to access our services
• Not misuse or abuse our AI systems or submit inappropriate content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
